All the dosages that I wrote are like a starting point from which to start (such doses will suit most athletes). If this is not enough for you, then you can raise the dose (but without fanaticism). Recommended weekly Sustanon dosage varies: 250 – 1000 mg. Recommended weekly Deca Durabolin rate: 200 – 800 mg. Another thing that is very important to know is that Decanoate dosage should be 2 times less than any testosterone in any form.
